DPC Injection Cream - Damp Cure 6000 Kit

This DPC injection cream is supplied in an easy to use kit for damp proofing walls. The injection cream cures to form a chemical DPC that stops rising damp effectively.

The Damp-Cure 6000 injection kit it our best seller and has sufficient damp coursing cream to damp proof up to 60m of single leaf wall or for treatment to 30m of double leaf / cavity walls.

Damp-Cure cream is formulated without thickening agents, using an emulsification process to produce a 100% active silicone-based damp proofing treatment. The damp injection cream diffuses rapidly into the capillary pores of damp walls to form a chemical DPC that treats rising damp effectively.

To damp proof walls select the appropriate mortar bed and drill a series of 12mm holes, 90% though the wall at 100-120mm centres. Inject sufficient cream to fill the hole to within 1cm of wall surface and leave it to diffuse and cure to form a chemical damp proof course. Make good the injection holes with sand and cement whist cream is in the hole or with mastic if filling after diffusion.

Solid walls can be drilled and injected from the most convenient side. The inner and outer skins of a cavity wall should be treated independently of each other, drilling and injecting the both sides of the wall to form a chemical DPC in each. Renew damp plaster to complete the damp proofing treatment
