Product Guarantee Certificate

A 20 year Product Guarantee Certificate. Guarantees to the registered Guarantee Owner that should a Product supplied by Twistfix fail because of a physical or chemical defect in the Product, Twistfix will replace the failed Product free of charge. This Guarantee relates solely to Products supplied by Twistfix and not to any particular building defect or symptom thereof. The Guarantee is subject to Terms & Conditions & is in addition to all statutory rights.

Guarantee Certificate must be purchased at the time of ordering damp proofing cream, remedial wall ties, crack stitching rods or cavity drain membrane. The Guarantee Certificate should be completed and returned to Twistfix within 28 days of Product purchase for the Company Seal to be applied and the Guarantee Certificate to become authenticated.
