Enviroseal masonry water repellent does not form an impervious damp proofing membrane. It simply provides a silicone resin lining to capillaries in the masonry to repel water whilst allowing brick and stone to breathe. For porous brickwork spray a second flood coat whilst the walls are still wet from the first.
For dense masonry walls use water repellent at the rate of 4-5m2 / litre / coat
For water-proofing porous brick use repellent at the rate of 2-3m2 / litre / coat
To apply Environseal brick water repellent to masonry walls you will need a brush, roller or spray unit. Wear protective work gear.
