Rubber Flashing Set

A rubber roof pipe seal set comprising a universal pipe flashing and a 1L tin of Firestone Quickprime.  The flashing is suitable for use with circular pipes and protrusions ranging from 25mm to 150mm in diameter.

Simply cut the flashing along the top edge of the ring to suit the diameter of thr pipe.  Pre-pare rubber roof surface with Quickprime using a suitable scrubber. Install the flashing over the pipe and secure to the rubber roof.  Clamp flashing to pipe using the ring provided.  Easy on-site adaptations ensure easy and quick installation regardless of pipe location.
