Simply drill a 10mm hole in existing masonry and resin grout the wavy tail end. Lay the triangular end into new brick-work mortar beds as buiding proceeds.
Wavy tail / triangle brick wall ties are available in boxes of 100 and can be cranked to suit misaligned brick courses.
