Conclusions derived from the study;

- You are twice as likely to suffer from asthma if you live in a damp home,
- 40% of the students who lived in damp homes had suffered pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis or tonsillitis over the last year.
- 16% had a constant runny nose from living in a damp home.
