Replacement Wall Ties – 100 Helical Ties (9 x 205 mm) with SDS Insertion Tool

Twistfix 9 mm x 205 mm replacement wall ties deliver a simple retrofit solution to cavity wall tie failure. They are suitable for connecting two masonry walls with cavity widths ranging from 25 to 45mm amid imperial brickwork or 35 to 55mm cavities where walls have 100 mm wide metric bricks and blocks. These stainless steel helical ties are the choice of professionals to tie walls fast and reliably.

This kit's professional SDS setting tool holds and hammer-drives the remedial ties as they screw into a brick, masonry or concrete wall fast and dependably when hammered into pilot holes using the impact action of a hammer drill. The ties grip within an interlocking helical undercut without exerting expansive stress on the masonry.

Our replacement wall ties contain 50% more stainless steel than alternative standard 8 mm helical ties, making them considerably stronger, and their patented precision helix ensures superior performance. The tying system is suitable for all wall types and is UKCA and CE Mark compliant in respect of EN845-1:2013 when used in numerous masonry materials.

The 100-tie wall fastening kit is sufficient to re-tie 40 square meters when fitted into existing walls at the prescribed rate of 2.5 ties per square metre.

Our replacement wall ties have been independently tested for tension and compression in a variety of brick block and concrete materials for compliance with BS EN 845-1, meeting the requirement for UKCA and CE marking.
