Twistfix 9 x 230 mm replacement wall ties deliver quick, easy, and reliable structural solutions for cavity wall tie failure.  They are suitable for reconnecting two masonry walls with cavity widths ranging from 50 to 70 mm amid imperial brickwork,  or 60 to 80 mm cavities where walls have 100 mm wide metric bricks and blocks.  These stainless steel remedial ties are the choice of professionals for wall tie replacement.  

This kit's professional SDS setting tool holds and hammer-drives the helical ties as they screw into brick, masonry or concrete when hammered into pilot holes using the hammering action of an SDS drill.  The ties grip within an interlocking helical undercut without exerting expansive stress on the brickwork.  

Our replacement wall ties contain 50% more stainless steel than alternative standard 8 mm helical ties, making them considerably stronger than alternative structural supplies, and the patented precision helix delivers superior performance.  The tying system is suitable for all wall types and is UKCA and CE Mark compliant in respect of EN845-1:2013 when used in numerous masonry materials.  

The 100 tie kit is sufficient to re-tie 40 square meters when retro-fitted into existing walls at the prescribed rate of 2.5 ties per square metre.

Our replacement wall ties have been independently tested for tension and compression in a variety of brick block and concrete materials for compliance with BS EN 845-1, meeting the requirement for UKCA and CE marking.

Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (working days). Delivery will be made on the next working day.

For orders placed before 2pm on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Monday. For orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and over the weekend, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday. For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, goods will be dispatched on the next working day (e.g goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday).
