Ultracure 3 Ltr rising damp treatment cream is a highly effective, BBA-certified solution designed to remediate rising damp by forming a durable chemical damp proof course in masonry walls. This non-hazardous damp proof cream requires no expensive DPC injection equipment, making it easy to apply by injecting directly into 12mm pre-drilled holes.

To use Ultracure, drill 12mm holes approximately 90% through the wall at 100-120mm centres along a mortar bed joint. Inject enough cream to fill each hole to within 1cm of the wall surface, allowing the cream to diffuse and cure, creating a reliable damp proof barrier. Holes can be disguised with sand and cement while the cream cures or sealed with mastic afterward.

Formulated without thickening agents, Ultracure uses a special emulsification process to deliver a 100% active damp proofing cream, available at competitive trade prices. The product is packaged in a convenient 3L bucket.

Coverage rates approximate 30 linear metres per pail for 115mm thick walls and 15 metres per pail for 230mm thick walls, with 5-10% allowance for wastage. Solid walls can be treated from one side, while cavity walls require treatment on both inner and outer skins to ensure full protection. After application, renewing damp plaster is recommended to complete the damp proofing process.

To install Ultracure, you will need a 12mm drill bit, a pump-up pressure vessel, and a delivery nozzle assembly. This reliable rising damp treatment cream offers a practical and cost-effective method to protect masonry walls against moisture damage.
