Wall Ties 20m Kit
Rightly billed as the 'easiest, quickest & most cost-effective system on the market for replacing cavity wall ties', these kits contain 50 patented, self-tapping twisted wall ties that are British-made from work-hardened stainless steel. Independent tests results demonstrate the high quality of the masonry fasteners in meeting European CE Mark Approval standards to EN845-1. The helix-shaped ties, which are available in a selection of lengths, are hammer-driven into pilot holes in concrete, brick or block to deliver a reliable undercut fixing. In addition to the ties, each kit contains the SDS tungsten carbide drill bit and a unique retrofit brick-tie setting tool required for a safe and straightforward installation.
Baseline 8 Waterproofing Membrane 40m Kit
The bestselling Baseline 8 Waterproofing Membrane Kit contains everything required to create a cavity drain membrane system for tanking damp or vulnerable floors, walls and vaulted ceilings. Suitable for use as a component of a sealed waterproofing system, the BS 8102: 2009 Type C compliant tanking membrane creates a Grade 3 dry environment, disposing of built-up water and combating moisture seepage. In addition to the UK-made high-quality HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) membrane which incorporates stand-off studs, the kit also contains 200 membrane plugs and either butyl rubber tape or four rolls of butyl rubber rope.

The formulation contains no solvents, creating a non-hazardous and non-toxic coating suitable for use above and below ground to produce a lasting, robust seal against damp.
