Wykamol Renovation Plaster is a lightweight plaster. In addition to Portland cement and graded sand, the blend contains perlite, fibres and water-repellent additives.

  • The perlite reduces heat loss and condensation.
  • The fibres control shrinkage and avoid cracking.
  • The water repellents restrict damp and salts.

The renovation plaster is breathable. As such, it allows the release of moisture.

Where is Renovating Plaster used?

Use Renovating Plaster for plastering internal masonry. The render is perfect for use in areas prone to condensation. It is an excellent option for walls with damp or flood damage.

The premixed plaster is a vital part of our damp-proofing system. Use it for replastering walls after treating rising dampness. It prevents the build-up of salts from drying walls.

How do I use Wykamol Renovating Plaster?

Blend the contents of the 20 kg bag with clean water. Mix to a normal plastering consistency.  

Trowel the plaster onto the wall in 10 mm to 15 mm thick layers. Take care not to bridge the damp-proof course. Scratch the surface to provide a key. 

Allow each coat to dry before applying another. Wykamol Renovation Plaster sets in seven hours. Apply the finishing skim in a coat 1.5 to 3 mm thick.

Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (working days). Delivery will be made on the next working day.

For orders placed before 2pm on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Monday. For orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and over the weekend, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday. For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, goods will be dispatched on the next working day (e.g goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday).
