Mortar and Grout Gun

A heavy-duty, all-purpose Roughneck mortar and grout gun, perfect for use with WHO60 grout or bulk mortar mixes. Ideal for repointing walls, grouting floor and wall tiles, or filling gaps in patio slabs. Supplied with straight, angled, and grout nozzles for precise control, plus a handy scoop for easy loading. The sturdy aluminium barrel ensures durability on demanding jobs.

Using the Mortar and Grout Gun for Crack Stitching

When repairing cracked walls using helical crack stitching bars, the mortar and grout gun is used to inject masonry repair grout into the prepared bed joint slots. Once the slots have been cleaned and flushed with water, the mixed grout is loaded into the gun and dispensed into each chase to approximately two-thirds depth. The helical bars are then pressed into the grout before being fully covered and pointed to finish.

This method ensures the grout bonds around the helical profile of the bars, allowing loads to be transferred effectively across the crack and restoring structural integrity to the masonry.

Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (working days). Delivery will be made on the next working day.

For orders placed before 2pm on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Monday. For orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and over the weekend, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday. For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, goods will be dispatched on the next working day (e.g goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday).
