TFIX Dry Pin is a compact helical fixing manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel, designed to secure loose, cracked or delaminated render without removal. Suitable for render thicknesses between 12–80mm (typically 20–65mm), it provides a fast and cost-effective stabilisation solution.

Render can detach from its backing due to moisture, movement or poor bonding, leading to cracks, bulging and potential water ingress. TFIX Dry Pin mechanically secures the render back to the substrate, preventing further movement and reducing the risk of failure.

Installation requires drilling a small pilot hole (typically 6mm) and power-driving the 8mm stainless steel pin into the backing material. The pin is set slightly below the surface and the hole sealed, leaving a discreet finish ready for repainting or redecoration.

TFIX Dry Pin offers a reliable, economical alternative to hacking off and re-rendering or resin-based anchoring systems.

We offer free next-day delivery for all orders over £150 (ex VAT) (UK Mainland Only).

Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (working days). Delivery will be made on the next working day.

For orders placed before 2pm on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Monday. For orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and over the weekend, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday. For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, goods will be dispatched on the next working day (e.g goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday). 

Pre 10.30am and Pre 12:00pm Next Day Delivery 

These delivery options are available at an extra charge. Delivery prices are shown at checkout stage. Orders need to be placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (working days) for delivery on the following working day.
